Design Services for Construction of a Kindergarten in Gomljanik

The project involves the reconstruction and expansion of existing buildings at the former military barracks "Gomljanik" to create a kindergarten with 6 nursery and 4 preschool units for approximately 175 children. The existing structures will be repurposed, reconstructed, and expanded. The planned work will take place on a newly formed land parcel (k.č. 3210/10) created from parts of two other parcels (k.č. 3210/3 and k.č. 3229/1). This procurement process includes the preparation of geotechnical and structural investigation works, as well as complete project and technical documentation for the Main and Execution projects, including a cost estimate, all in accordance with the valid Location Permit and the conceptual project prepared by Adria Construction Projects Ltd. The project also includes project supervision, which entails site visits at least once a month, attendance at coordination meetings, interpretation of technical project elements as needed, prompt notification of the investor and contractor about any errors during execution, and participation in communication with the control body and technical inspections as per the applicable Construction Law.
