Maintenance of IBM Systems for the Bulgarian National Bank

This public procurement contract involves the maintenance of IBM systems implemented at the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) across two distinct lots. Lot 1 focuses on the support of the IBM Security Verify system, which is a centralized solution for managing user identities. The services required for Lot 1 will be provided in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the open procedure for this procurement. Lot 2 pertains to the renewal and subscription support for licenses related to IBM Spectrum Control software. It is important to note that Lot 2 will be awarded directly for a period of three years, and participants are not required to submit offers for this lot. The total estimated value for the services in Lot 2 is 49,878.25 BGN excluding VAT, which does not exceed 20% of the total contract value of 156,464 BGN excluding VAT. Participants should not submit offers for Lot 2.
