Installation of Sanitary Facilities at the Lüneburg Municipal Hospital

The Lüneburg Municipal Hospital (SKL) is a major healthcare provider serving a large population in northeastern Lower Saxony, employing over 1,500 staff. As an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), it has 527 planned beds according to the state’s hospital needs plan. The hospital offers a wide range of medical services. SKL is planning to establish a Parent-Child Center at its Lüneburg location, which will serve as an independent extension of pediatric and gynecological services, including a maternity ward with seven delivery rooms. This project is part of a comprehensive planning initiative that will lay the groundwork for future renovations at SKL, including a functional building with extensive treatment and surgical areas.
