Preparing necessary documents for the contracting authority to initiate public procurement procedures for the tasks described, including methodologies, participation conditions, evaluation criteria, and cost estimation based on current market and technical data. 3. Participating in the acceptance of results for tasks for which methodologies have been developed, ensuring compliance with the established requirements and evaluating the outcomes and reports provided by contractors. 4.
