Digital Transformation for Modern Public Administration in Nanov, Teleorman

The Municipality of Nanov, Teleorman County, has submitted the project "Digital Transformation for Modern Public Administration in Nanov, Teleorman County" under the Regional Operational Program 2021-2027, project call PRSM/473/PRSM_P1/OP1/RSO1.2/PRSM_A38 – Operation B. The project aims to leverage the advantages of digitalization for the benefit of citizens, public authorities, and the research environment through investments in digital infrastructure, IT services, and relevant IT equipment. This initiative aims to digitize administrative processes related to public services, thereby contributing to the establishment of a more efficient, accessible, and future-oriented local administration. Key steps include implementing an integrated IT system, developing an online platform for citizen interaction, introducing an online payment system, and providing ongoing training for IT staff to modernize the municipality and effectively address citizens' needs. The contract value is 3,210,104.00 lei excluding VAT, broken down as follows: Chapter 2.1 - Equipment, solutions/applications: 229,000.00 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 2.2 – Licenses: 2,881,104.00 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 2.7 – Cybersecurity: 60,000.00 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 4.1 – Staff training, including for cybersecurity: 40,000.00 lei excluding VAT.
