Emergency and Safety Equipment Supply and Replacement of UPS Power Supplies and VRLA Batteries

This contract involves two parts: Part 1 includes the design and installation of new UPS power supplies to replace existing ones, along with the delivery and installation of brand new UPS units, battery sets, battery racks, and battery disconnect switches, as well as monitoring of battery parameters. Part 2 involves the supply of brand new VRLA batteries, including installation services for items that require it, and the disposal of removed batteries. The work for Part 1 will take place at TWR Kraków, with delivery within 3 months of contract signing, and at TWR Katowice, where installation will occur by the end of February 2026, but not before January 1, 2026. Early completion at the Katowice location may be allowed upon agreement with the contractor. For Part 2, the delivery must be completed within 120 calendar days from the contract signing.
