Legal Services for Human Resources in Norway

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) is seeking proposals for a framework agreement with a single provider of legal services focused on human resources (HR). The selected supplier will need to demonstrate expertise in both collective and individual labor law, particularly in relation to the Working Environment Act and the Government Employees Act. Responsibilities will include assisting the Contracting Authority in complex situations, participating in negotiations, and conducting investigations into any alleged issues. Additionally, the supplier may be required to provide training and educational sessions to enhance the competence of the Contracting Authority's staff.
