Audit and Legal Consulting Services for European Funded Projects in France

This contract involves providing audit and legal consulting services for operations co-financed by European structural funds, specifically FEDER, FSE, REACT EU, and FEAMP, for the programming periods of 2014-2020 and 2021-2027. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot being awarded separately. Services will be compensated based on unit prices. The contract includes two distinct services: conducting audits based on supporting documents, applicable regulations, and methods established by the national audit authority, as well as providing legal responses to specific cases raised during the audits. Interested suppliers can consult the market through the Public Procurement Department at the Collectivité de Corse. The framework agreement is initially set for 12 months, with the possibility of three extensions, each lasting 12 months, for a total maximum duration of 48 months. The total value of the services for the first period is €50,000, with a total maximum value of €200,000 for all periods. Variants are not allowed. The contract has been awarded to the consortium SIRIUS/D4 AVOCATS, the consortium CLAYTON & SEGURA/YDES, and CAPP Europe.
