Construction of a New Children's Group Facility in Grymov

The contract involves the construction of a new facility for a children's group, which will accommodate 15 children in one section. The project includes the development of new technical and transportation infrastructure, such as utility connections and roads, fencing, parking areas, and the revitalization of outdoor green spaces for children's activities. Key components of the project include the installation of a new sewage connection, water connection, relocation of technical infrastructure, a wastewater treatment plant, a rainwater storage tank, and a photovoltaic system. Additionally, new fencing, paved areas, and land reclamation affected by the construction will be implemented. The project documentation is divided into: a) Construction objects: SO 01 New children's group facility, SO 02 Paved areas, fencing, landscaping, and revitalization of green spaces; b) Engineering objects: IO 01 Sewage connection, IO 02 Water connection, IO 03 Relocated electrical connection (managed by ČEZ Distribuce a.s.), IO 04 Rainwater drainage; c) Technological objects: PS 01 Photovoltaic system, PS 02 Rainwater utilization system for irrigation, PS 03 Wastewater treatment plant.
