Procurement of IT Equipment for Ungureni Schools

The purpose of this procurement is to acquire IT equipment as part of the project "Equipping Schools with Furniture, Teaching Materials, and Equipment in Ungureni Commune." The project aims to provide specific equipment for the classrooms of the Technological High School of Plopenii Mari (46 classrooms) and Ungureni School No. 1 (19 classrooms). The IT equipment to be purchased includes: - 65 interactive whiteboards (minimum 65 inches, including stands); - 65 laptops; - 65 sound systems; - 65 video conferencing cameras; - 65 multifunction printers; - 65 portable document scanners. This procurement is funded through the financing contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Financing Contract 1571DOT/2023. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 6 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that requests are submitted within the specified timeframe (10 days before the deadline for submitting offers).
