Supply of Poultry Meat and Poultry Products

This contract involves the supply of poultry meat and poultry products, divided into six tasks. Task 1: Supply of poultry meat for the Security Group (GZ) in Siedlce. Task 2: Supply of poultry meat for the Security Group (GZ) in Wesoła. Task 3: Supply of poultry meat for Kopytów ZZ LOGISTYK IIA in Kopytów. Task 4: Supply of poultry products for the Security Group (GZ) in Siedlce. Task 5: Supply of poultry products for the Security Group (GZ) in Wesoła. Task 6: Supply of poultry products for Kopytów ZZ LOGISTYK IIA in Kopytów. Detailed requirements, quantities, and descriptions of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which will be published on the procurement platform website: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The contracting authority reserves the right to an option in this procedure: 1. The contracting authority reserves the right to an option in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The execution of the option will depend on the needs of the contracting authority and may increase the scope of the contract by up to 200% of the original order. 2. The optional order will be executed by the contractor with whom the basic contract has been concluded, based on the terms and unit prices specified in the basic order. 3. The contracting authority will notify the contractor of the extent to which they will be required to fulfill the optional order. The execution of the optional part will be based on a written order from the contracting authority. 4. The use of the option to increase the assortment will apply within the framework of the concluded contract for the basic order in case of the need to ensure continuity of supply for those being fed. The contractor will be informed at least two weeks in advance. 5. The use of the option is at the discretion of the contracting authority. 6. The use of the option creates an obligation for the contractor to fulfill the optional order. 7. If the contracting authority does not exercise the option, the contractor has no claims in this regard. 8. The use of the option does not constitute a change to the contract nor does it require signing an additional contract.
