Netherlands – Repair and Maintenance of Liquid Pumps – Maintenance of Chemical Storage and Dosing Installations

The Program of Requirements (PvE) focuses on the description of preventive and corrective maintenance for the following components of each installation for the storage and dosing of chemicals. The preventive and corrective maintenance of these components is also the scope of this assignment: • Filling station; • Filling line; • Storage tanks; • Dosing cabinets; • Suction and pressure piping to and from the aforementioned components and the dosing points; • Ventilation of dosing cabinets/installation space/storage tanks. Preventive maintenance includes the replacement, cleaning, and inspection of components. At the request of Oasen, the contractor must also perform corrective maintenance in case of malfunctions and defects. The inspection of the installation is not included in the maintenance plan. In addition to the aforementioned components, improving the asset and checklist lists is also part of this assignment.
