    Brief

    This contract opportunity involves the supply of drug detection tests based on saliva samples. Suppliers are required to provide a panel test that can detect various drug groups, including: amphetamines (including methamphetamine), cocaine, marijuana, opiates, and benzodiazepines. Key requirements include: - Immunochemical tests for detecting psychoactive substances in saliva. - The ability to conduct a single test for all specified drug groups. - Each test must be individually packaged. - Results must be available within a maximum of 10 minutes after applying the required saliva sample. - Instructions for use must be provided in Polish. - Tests must be usable in varying atmospheric conditions, with humidity and temperature ranges from +5°C to +35°C. The supplier must ensure that the products have a minimum shelf life of 80% of the total shelf life indicated by the manufacturer. The supplier is required to notify the buyer by phone at least two days in advance of the delivery date. Deliveries should be made Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The parties agree to handle the delivery in a manner that ensures the integrity and safety of the products, particularly regarding packaging and transport. The authorized representative of the buyer will assess the quantity, quality, and condition of the goods upon delivery at the 16th Military Economic Unit warehouse, based on the invoice provided.
