Discount Agreements for Pharmaceuticals in Germany

IKK classic is announcing that it will enter into non-exclusive discount agreements with interested and qualified pharmaceutical companies for various active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients. These agreements will be based on fixed, non-negotiable terms in accordance with § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V. The agreements will be effective from November 1, 2025, provided that the signed contract and all necessary documentation are submitted to IKK classic by October 5, 2025. If documents are submitted by the 5th of any month during the participation period, the contract will commence on the 1st of the following month. If submitted after the 5th, the contract will start on the 1st of the month after next. Participation in the agreement is possible at any time during the specified period, but must be completed by September 5, 2027. For further details, please refer to section VI.3.
