This project involves the construction of new multi-family housing specifically designed for tenants aged 65 and older. The buildings will be constructed as Green Buildings in accordance with Kommuninvest standards to qualify for green loans. The project includes two six-story buildings (A and B) connected by a single-story structure that will house commercial spaces. Additionally, an existing outbuilding will be demolished, and a new courtyard building will be constructed, incorporating some reused materials. This new building will include environmental rooms, bicycle storage, and apartment storage. All apartments will be rental units, with a total of 48 units available, including 2-room and 3-room apartments. The property is located in central Tibro, within the former railway area.
