    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of chemical reagents and laboratory consumables intended for educational, service, and research activities for the organizational units of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The contracting authority will place orders for the supply of materials based on framework agreements established through the procurement process. Detailed descriptions of the items are provided in attachments 1a - 1k to the SWZ, corresponding to the parts of the order. Due to the number of items, the contracting authority requests that suppliers include a detailed calculation summary in Excel (attachment 2 to the SWZ) to facilitate the verification of the offer. The order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) are: 33696500-0, 38437000-7. Partial offers are allowed, and the order is divided into 11 parts. Suppliers may submit offers for any number of parts. If the description refers to standards or technical specifications, equivalent solutions are permitted. Any proprietary names mentioned are for informational purposes only. Variant offers are not allowed. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of placing orders as mentioned in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. Orders will be placed as needed, with a minimum obligation to purchase 1 unit or 1 package of reagents from the order parts. The subject of the contract may be implemented within projects co-financed by the European Union structural funds.
