Procurement of Agricultural Services for Toholampi

The Toholampi municipality is seeking bids for agricultural support services, specifically for the provision of agricultural relief services. This procurement is a continuation of a previous request for proposals for the years 2025-2026. The services will cover the municipalities and cities in the Toholampi area, including Alavieska, Halsua, Kaustinen, Lestijärvi, Kärsämäki, Merijärvi, Perho, Pyhäjoki, Reisjärvi, Sievi, Toholampi, Veteli, Haapajärvi, Haapavesi, Kalajoki, Kannus, Nivala, Oulainen, Pyhäjärvi, Raahe, and Ylivieska, as well as the former municipalities of Ullava, Kälviä, and Lohtaja in Kokkola. This is a framework agreement that does not obligate the purchase of a specific quantity of services. The contract will last for one year, starting from January 1, 2026. Bidders must provide a contact person with their contact information, the name of the entity, and the business ID under which the bid is submitted. The services will comply with the current Agricultural Entrepreneurs' Relief Services Act and Regulation. The procurement is divided into two geographical areas formed by the municipalities and cities of the local unit, and within these areas, there are seven different subcategories based on production sectors. Bids can cover all production sectors or one or more specific areas. The production sectors include: 1) Care of dairy cows in automated milking facilities 2) Care of dairy cows in milking stations and tie-stalls 3) Care of pig breeding and meat production 4) Care of horses 5) Care of cattle and beef production 6) Care of sheep and goats.
