It is crucial that bidders possess the required skills, experience, and capabilities. The assignments may cover all stages of the construction process, including preliminary studies/investigations, programming phase, design phase (including the preparation of tender documents), production phase, and project closure. Projects may involve new construction, renovation, demolition, and reuse.
