    This contract opportunity involves the establishment of active ingredient-based discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for pharmaceuticals over a period of 24 months, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The contracts will cover all pharmaceuticals that are dispensed at the expense of health insurance funds during the contract period. The focus is primarily on prescription medications. The tender is based on active ingredients as per § 24b Abs. 2 AMG, not as per § 4 Abs. 19 AMG. Nine lots have been created, each divided into so-called exchange groups. DAK-G is authorized by other health insurance funds to conduct the tender on their behalf. Further details can be found in the tender documents.
