Engineering Services for Campus Development at Technical University of Munich

The Technical University of Munich is seeking engineering services for the development of its Garching campus. This project is part of a larger initiative to enhance the campus infrastructure and is divided into four construction phases and three sub-projects. This contract specifically pertains to the continuation of the third sub-project within the fourth construction phase. Previous work has already established the media supply for the western campus area, primarily for the new Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology building. The current project involves the construction of a new media channel on Hans-Piloty-Straße, extensive utility relocations, and additional traffic facilities, as well as a buried wastewater pipeline that connects to a new open wastewater line. This third sub-project will ensure the media supply for future buildings in the western campus area, including the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, student housing, and the research project 'Simple Construction'.
