Construction Work for Metro Shafts Package 2

Helsinki City Transport ("HKL") is organizing a tender for the technical renovation of eight separate metro shafts, each published as a separate tender. All work will be carried out as a complete contract according to the attached project program and documents, ensuring full completion and finishing. The work includes the renovation of existing shafts and the renovation of the entrance building according to the planning documents. Technical annex documents are classified as confidential due to critical information related to the client's infrastructure. These documents can be provided to companies considering submitting a bid after submitting a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA). After the signed NDA is received, a link to the NiiniPlus project bank will be sent via email. The contracting authority reserves the right to evaluate the reasons for the request and may request additional information if necessary. Bidders are required to visit the project site after receiving the tender request and before submitting their bid, and to review all documents included with the tender request. The site visit is scheduled for September 23, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM. Registration for the site visit must be done in advance via the email addresses provided above. Access to the site visit is conditional upon returning the properly completed NDA to the specified email addresses. Registration must be completed by September 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM. More detailed information about the site will be provided upon registration.
