The contract involves the collection, transportation, and management of municipal waste in the Kostomłoty municipality for a period of 24 months, starting from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. Key tasks include: 1) Collecting municipal waste from residential properties and non-residential areas where waste is generated, as detailed in the attached documents; 2) Managing waste collected from public points; 3) Providing and maintaining waste collection facilities; 4) Operating a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and managing the waste collected there; 5) Ensuring open containers at PSZOK are protected from rain; 6) Preparing and providing necessary statistical data to the buyer; 7) Supplying containers for the selective collection of metals and plastics, and ensuring their maintenance; 8) Supplying biodegradable waste collection bags; 9) Providing special containers for expired medications and used batteries at designated locations; 10) Maintaining sanitary conditions of containers at PSZOK; 11) Transporting municipal waste to a regional processing facility; 12) Conducting biannual collections of bulky waste and used tires from residents.
