    Brief

    The Department for Education is seeking a lead provider to deliver the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) Programme in Stoke-on-Trent until May 2029. The successful provider will be responsible for sub-contracting, managing, coordinating and delivering enriching activities and nutritious meals during Easter, Summer and Winter school holidays for children in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. The programme supports children's health, wellbeing, learning readiness and provides support to parents and carers. This multi-year contract offers the opportunity for strategic planning, innovation and long-term partnerships. Lead providers should have experience in managing complex service delivery networks and demonstrated capability in providing quality holiday provision for disadvantaged children.
