Mentoring and Wellbeing Service for Young Care Leavers

Salford City Council is seeking an experienced provider to deliver a mentoring and psychological wellbeing service for care leavers aged 16 to 25. The service will support young people transitioning from care into adulthood, helping them build resilience, independence, and practical life skills. Providers should have demonstrated experience working with care-experienced young people and understand their unique needs and challenges. The contract aims to provide continuity of care and support during this critical transition period, enabling young people to achieve better outcomes in education, employment, health, and wellbeing.
