Newcastle Home Care Services Framework

Newcastle City Council is seeking qualified home care service providers to deliver care and support services to eligible residents under its statutory obligations. The framework agreement will support adults meeting the Care Act 2014 national eligibility threshold, including older people (65+), adults with mental health needs, physical disabilities (including sensory impairments), and those with specific needs such as dementia, learning disabilities, autism, end-of-life care, or acquired brain injuries. The service must operate 365 days per year between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, enabling service users to live independently and safely within their own homes and communities. Providers should be prepared to meet quality standards, demonstrate responsive service delivery, and support vulnerable adults across Newcastle.
