This opportunity provides comprehensive managed support services for Cisco infrastructure and equipment. Services include round-the-clock remote support (24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) delivered through Softcat's accredited operations center. The package encompasses Cisco-approved replacement parts and logistics management, onsite engineering support with service level agreements, and access to Cisco's third-line technical support team for firmware and software updates on eligible systems. Support is available for UCS environments across multiple locations including Lewis, Brighton, Guildford, and Lewes. Detailed service specifications, spare parts inventory, and SLA terms are documented in the associated inventory documentation. This is a co-termed service option for existing UCS deployments.
