Places for People is seeking an experienced external provider to deliver a comprehensive Home Ownership arrears management service. The provider will be responsible for collecting rent and service charges from homeowners, including tracing activities, debt recovery, and enforcement actions across all property types (shared ownership, leasehold, and freehold). The successful provider will handle day-to-day arrears casework, case management, and customer interactions. Places for People will maintain strategic oversight, governance, and accountability for vulnerable or complex cases to ensure appropriate management and customer protection.
