Key capabilities include: workflow automation with exception handling, mobile data capture, seamless integration with enterprise systems (Azure-based), role-based access control, full audit trails, and support for up to 2,000 concurrent users processing 170,000+ transactions annually. The platform must deliver an intuitive user experience across desktop and mobile devices, maintain 99.9% availability, ensure data security and integrity, and reduce manual effort while improving accuracy. Implementation target is June 2027.
