Integrated Risk Management and Assurance Platform

UK Shared Business Services (UKSBS) is seeking a single integrated platform to manage enterprise-wide risks, controls, audit actions and assurance activities. The solution must support governance aligned to ISO27001, CAF and Government standards, enabling a Three Lines of Defence model with clear visibility across team, directorate and corporate levels. Key capabilities required include: risk identification and scoring with escalation to strategic objectives; risk appetite definition and automated breach identification; end-to-end audit and action tracking; control management and compliance mapping; evidence handling; and comprehensive reporting and dashboards for operational and Board-level governance. The system must be highly configurable, user-friendly, integrate with existing tools, and incorporate robust security and access controls. UKSBS seeks a scalable solution that reduces manual effort, improves risk and control visibility, and strengthens organisational assurance and decision-making across the enterprise.
