The successful provider will deliver in-reach support in custody and hospital settings, provide follow-up support in the community, and help young people access further education, health and social services. The contract runs for an initial 12 months with optional extensions of up to 21 months, subject to performance and funding availability. The maximum contract value is £805,000 (excluding VAT) for the full contract period including all extension options.
