Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Maintenance Contract

Karbon Homes is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance services for fire alarm and emergency lighting systems across their property portfolio. Services include: (1) Weekly fire alarm testing and monthly emergency lighting testing; (2) Six-monthly and annual fire alarm system servicing compliant with BS 5839-1:2017 and BS 5839-6:2013; (3) Annual emergency lighting system servicing compliant with BS 5266-1:2011 and BS EN 50172:2004; (4) 24/7 reactive maintenance and emergency call-out support 365 days a year with response times of 2-4 hours depending on emergency severity; (5) All work performed in accordance with relevant manufacturer recommendations and British Standards. The successful contractor must be able to provide out-of-hours coverage and maintain all ancillary equipment to ensure ongoing compliance and safety across Karbon's managed properties.
