Website Design and Development Services for Irish-Medium Mathematics Education Platform

This contract seeks a website design and development partner to create a comprehensive digital platform supporting mathematics education in Irish-medium schools across the Republic of Ireland. The successful provider will design and build a secure, accessible website that serves as a centralized resource hub for teachers. Key deliverables include: developing a toolkit for Irish-language mathematics instruction; creating save-and-share functionality allowing teachers to prepare and distribute activities without requiring student accounts or server-side data storage; making existing mathematics lesson plans and activities available as downloadable PDFs; establishing an intuitive content management system enabling direct updates by COGG (the client organization); integrating an authoring platform for creating and publishing new digital mathematics activities; and ensuring the technical infrastructure is maintainable, secure, accessible, and scalable for future growth. The website must comply with web accessibility guidelines (EAA – WCAG) standards. The service provider will also deliver four years of ongoing support including training, comprehensive documentation, technical support, maintenance, and hosting services to ensure long-term sustainability and performance of the platform.
