    Brief

Project UBIQUITY seeks to develop scalable, non-energetic First Person Viewer (FPV) training systems for U.S. Army training, experimentation, and force development. This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites suppliers to demonstrate capability and market readiness to deliver complete FPV small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) solutions including: ground control stations, batteries, spare parts, repair and maintenance support, and comprehensive training documentation. The Army is assessing supplier capability, market competitiveness, and affordability to inform refinement of formal requirements before issuing a tender. Interested suppliers should be prepared to discuss scalability, cost-effectiveness, technical specifications, and logistics support capabilities for military training applications.
