Readiness Assessment for Project Transition

The National Highways is seeking a supplier to conduct a Pre-Due Diligence Readiness Assessment. This assessment will evaluate the project's readiness to transition from a government organization to a project-financed asset entity (LTC-Co). Over a four-week period, a dedicated team will perform an in-depth analysis of various aspects including construction and operations readiness, management structures, schedules, resource capabilities, contractor strategies, health and safety compliance, quality assurance, and operational handover planning. The goal is to identify significant risks and gaps early, allowing for timely actions before formal due diligence and financing. The assessment will involve structured interviews, comprehensive document reviews, and targeted workshops with key LTC delivery and interface leads, resulting in clear, actionable recommendations to ensure a successful transition.
