Christmas Lights and Decorations Contract

Ellesmere Town Council (ETC) is seeking suppliers for the annual Christmas Lights display in Ellesmere, Shropshire. The goal is to create a festive atmosphere for residents, shoppers, and tourists during the Christmas season. This contract includes: 1. Providing quotes for the supply, installation, maintenance, anchor bolt testing, dismantling, storage, and testing of Christmas Lights from November 2026 to January 2029. 2. Purchasing a lighting display along with annual storage, installation, maintenance, anchor bolt testing, dismantling, and testing of the Christmas Lights. The current display features tree lights along the Promenade and seven festoons suspended over the streets using catenary wires attached to buildings with anchor bolts.
