Broomfield South SILC School Expansion

Leeds City Council is looking for contractors to help expand Broomfield South Special Educational Needs School in South Leeds. This expansion will add 100 new pupil places, with the new intake starting in September 2027. The project involves demolishing the existing main building and constructing a new one, as well as remodeling another existing building. Additionally, there will be significant external work, including creating new play and learning areas, expanding the staff car park, and replacing public open space that will be affected by the new construction.
