Client Representative Services for Southeast Hub Logistics Development

This is an opportunity to extend client representation services for the Southeast Hub Build project through to completion in June 2027. The project involves delivering a new state-of-the-art Logistics Hub featuring office spaces, laboratories, workshops, garages, associated parking, and landscaping facilities. The Client Relation Team will provide comprehensive support across programme and project management, cost and commercial management, NEC contract administration, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination. Key responsibilities include ensuring successful capital programme delivery, maintaining robust cost and contract management, providing effective oversight, and keeping the project aligned with time, cost, and quality targets. This role is critical for maintaining project continuity, minimizing delivery risk, and ensuring the facility is completed on schedule and within budget by June 2027.
