LGBTQIA+ Hub Office Fit-Out Construction Project in Belfast

This is a building construction contract for the complete fit-out of a LGBTQIA+ Hub office space located on the ground and first floors of 2 Royal Avenue, Belfast. The work is being undertaken within a listed building (originally the Provincial Bank of Ireland, built 1864-1869) that is now operated by Belfast City Council as a community recreational and cultural space. The project scope includes: demolition and removal of existing roller shutters, entrance doors, lift machinery, screeds, blockwork, suspended ceilings, and redundant services; installation of new windows to external walls; roof repairs and modifications to roof-mounted plant; structural timber floor infills; installation of new fit-out elements including metal studwork partitions, glazed screens, floor finishes, suspended ceilings, and furniture; and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works including new lift machinery.
