Repairs and Empty Homes Multi-Lot Framework

Watford Community Housing (WCH) is seeking appointed suppliers to deliver repairs and empty homes works across the UK through an established multi-lot framework agreement. This is a four-year framework opportunity where suppliers will be managed and supported by Pretium Frameworks Ltd on behalf of WCH. Suppliers selected through this competitive framework were chosen based on quality and cost evaluation criteria. This framework provides opportunities for multiple suppliers to undertake repairs and property management works across WCH's portfolio throughout the UK.
