Painting and Decorating Services Contract - Nottinghamshire

Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd seeks a single contractor to deliver painting and decorating services across multiple operational and commercial properties in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire. The contract will be delivered under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract and will also be made available to VIA East Midlands Ltd. Key contract details: - Start date: February 2027 - Duration: Initial 2-year term with options to extend for two additional 2-year periods (potential 6-year contract to 2033) - Estimated contract value: Approximately £780,000 (inclusive of VAT) over the full potential duration - Properties managed: Varied portfolio serving Nottinghamshire County Council and other customers Procurement process: The procurement will follow a two-stage competitive process. Stage 1 is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) where suppliers must demonstrate suitability, capability, capacity, relevant experience, technical competence, accreditations, financial standing, and compliance with minimum requirements. Highest-scoring suppliers meeting minimum requirements will be shortlisted for Stage 2. In Stage 2, shortlisted suppliers will submit detailed tenders evaluated using the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) approach with a price-to-quality ratio of 30% price and 70% quality.
