Out of Court Resolution Services and Diversionary Intervention Courses

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire is seeking continued provision of out of court resolutions services. The successful provider will deliver online diversionary intervention courses for use with Conditional Cautions, Community Resolutions, and Outcome 22 disposals. These courses aim to educate offenders about their behaviours, thought processes, and offences to support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. This is a 2-year contract with a total value of £40,000 plus VAT. The incumbent supplier has been selected following a Request for Information conducted in 2025. No contract extension options are available. This below-threshold contract was awarded via internal exemption due to delays in the national 2-Tier Framework for Out of Court Resolutions and the absence of comparable alternative offers in the market.
