Seabrook Primary School Mobile Unit Replacement

This project involves the demolition of an existing dilapidated mobile unit at Seabrook Primary School and its replacement with a new building. The new facility will provide like-for-like replacement comprising 2 classrooms, toilet facilities, ancillary spaces, and a log cabin to accommodate displaced spaces. The contractor must also supply and install temporary classroom accommodation for 1 classroom during the construction phase and remove it upon project completion. This is a full turnkey solution including site clearance, new building construction, temporary facilities management, and final site restoration.
