External Works Contract for Council Residential Property in Witney

West Oxfordshire District Council is inviting quotations from qualified contractors to undertake external works at a council-owned residential property located at 45 Common Road, Witney OX29 6RE. The scope of work is detailed in the Schedule of Rates and Specification (Appendix A), with supporting documentation including site layout (Appendix B), aerial photographs (Appendix C), and terms and conditions (Appendix D). Contractors are strongly encouraged to arrange a site visit through Michael Peck, Facilities Lead, at Michael.Peck@westoxon.gov.uk to inform their quotation. All contractors must hold relevant waste carrier registrations and environmental permits as applicable to the works. Copies of all permits must be submitted with the tender; submissions without required permits will not be evaluated.
