Café and Restaurant Services for Tyks Central Hospital

This procurement opportunity involves providing café and restaurant services at the Tyks Central Hospital area in the Varsinais-Suomi welfare region. The procurement will be conducted as a concession agreement and is divided into two parts. Suppliers can submit bids for one or more parts. Participation in this procurement requires a mandatory site visit to the café and restaurant facilities at the Tyks Central Hospital area. The site visit will take place at the service location, starting from the Tyks T-hospital lobby, Hämeentie 11, 20540 Turku. The supplier or their representative must attend the site visit to be eligible to submit a bid. The purpose of the site visit is to ensure that the supplier has a sufficient understanding of the facilities' structure, equipment, and other conditions that may significantly impact service delivery and bid submission. The site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM. Attendance at the site visit is a mandatory requirement for bid acceptance. The supplier or their representative must register for the site visit by September 26, 2025, via email to joakim.paajanen@varha.fi and paivi.pohjalainen@varha.fi. Participants will be recorded on a participant list, which will be documented. A maximum of 2 individuals per supplier may attend the site visit. If the supplier or their representative does not attend the site visit, their bid will not be considered.
