Electricity Supply for Legionowo Municipality

This contract involves the supply of electricity to municipal buildings managed by KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o. and 18 other organizational units of the Legionowo Municipality listed in Annex 1 of the procurement documents. The estimated electricity demand for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, is 4,654,070 kWh. The contractor is required to notify PGE Dystrybucja S.A. and PKP Energetyka S.A. about the execution of the electricity sales agreement and represent the buyer before the relevant Distribution System Operator regarding the distribution service agreement. These actions will be carried out based on a power of attorney included in Annex 2 of the contract draft, which also contains a list of facilities in Annex 1. The contractor must have a valid General Distribution Agreement with the local Distribution System Operator.
