Engineering Services for Water Treatment Advice

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe is seeking to establish a framework agreement with up to 5 contractors for the provision of water treatment advisory services. All qualified suppliers are invited to submit a bid, either independently, as a partnership, or by engaging third parties and/or subcontractors. For more details, please refer to the procurement guidelines. The estimated value of the contract, based on data from the past three years and the expected order size for the coming years, is approximately €600,000 (excluding VAT) per year. The maximum value is set at €7,200,000 (excluding VAT), subject to indexing. The framework agreement will terminate if the maximum value is reached before the intended duration of the agreement (including extensions). The mentioned value is only indicative, and contractors cannot derive any rights from it. Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe has no obligation to purchase and does not guarantee any revenue. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
