Urban Planning Services for Road Renovation in Herford

The city of Herford is seeking planning services for the redevelopment of a 400-meter urban road axis known as the 'MARTa Axis.' This area stretches from the MARTa Museum to the city center (Town Hall) and includes Arndtstraße and Schillerstraße. Both streets will undergo significant renewal and redesign. The project falls under the city's responsibility for road construction. The planning services requested in this procurement process cover phases 1 to 8 of the object planning for road facilities as per § 47 Abs. 1 HOAI, along with additional special and supplementary services as outlined in the specifications and contract. The contract will be awarded in stages.
