Brief
The purpose of this contract is to procure electricity for the Konopnica Municipality and its organizational units. The buyer is acting on behalf of itself and the following units: 1) Primary School in Stasin 2) Primary School named after the Lublin Land in Radawiec Duży 3) Primary School named after Wincenty Witos in Motycz 4) Primary School named after Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Konopnica 5) Primary School named after Father Jan Twardowski in Zemborzyce Tereszyńskie 6) Social Assistance Center in Konopnica 7) Public Library of Konopnica Municipality, as well as the following units: 8) Volunteer Fire Brigade in Tereszyn 9) Volunteer Fire Brigade in Motycz Leśny 10) Volunteer Fire Brigade in Pawlina 11) Volunteer Fire Brigade in Motycz. The buyer plans to award this contract in parts: 1) Part 1 – purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – street lighting: Estimated electricity consumption is 862,507 kWh, including energy billed in tariff group C12w - daytime zone 314,173 kWh - nighttime zone 548,334 kWh. 2) Part 2 – purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 2 to the SWZ – other facilities: Estimated electricity consumption is 654,454 kWh, including energy billed in tariff group a) C11 – 92,286 kWh b) C21 – 218,404 kWh c) G11 – 1,039 kWh d) C12a - peak zone – 44,508 kWh - off-peak zone – 92,917 kWh. e) C12w - daytime zone – 94,834 kWh - nighttime zone – 110,466 kWh. The estimated electricity consumption for Parts 1 and 2 is indicative and serves to compare offers; it does not constitute an obligation for the buyer to purchase the indicated amount of energy. The seller will not have any claims due to the buyer not consuming the estimated amount of energy. Any change in the estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the buyer, except for the settlement of the actual amount of energy consumed at the prices specified in the offer. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ, which are an integral part of this SWZ.
