Database Services Customization for EU Observation Planning

This contract opportunity involves customizing a database interface to meet the requirements for planning observations in accordance with the EU Space Surveillance and Tracking (EUSST) program. The main tasks include: retrieving, sharing, and storing information about a group of devices (sensors), defining and managing sensor data, integrating data from various similar sources, providing access to the database information, notifying users of changes, facilitating additional sensor information with buffering, and managing work schedules for the group of sensors. This includes retrieving, sharing, merging, and storing the status of tasks outlined in the schedules, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data is accessible to both human users and machines. Additionally, mechanisms for monitoring the system's operation will be introduced or adjusted.
