Technical Studies for Water Supply and Sanitation in Gier/Plaine/Ondaine

This framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders as per the specifications. Each lot will be awarded separately. The details of the tasks assigned to the contractor are outlined in the specifications. The services will be compensated through mixed pricing. The project management tasks may involve various types of work, including: * In sanitation: o Installation of wastewater and/or stormwater transport pipes, o Separation or renewal of unit networks, o Renewal and rehabilitation of structures, including using trenchless techniques, o Installation of pumping equipment, o Creation or rehabilitation of wastewater treatment units, o Creation of Storage Recovery Basins (BSR) including monitoring, remote management, and automation equipment, * In drinking water and raw water: o Installation of drinking water interconnections, o Renewal, reinforcement (increasing diameter), or extension of networks, o Installation of pumping equipment, including monitoring, remote management, and automation equipment, o Creation or rehabilitation of reservoirs including monitoring, remote management, and automation equipment and chlorination as needed, o Chlorination or remineralization at source or reservoir, o Rehabilitation of pipelines, o Partial rehabilitation of production units including monitoring, remote management, and automation equipment. * In stormwater: o Construction of retention basins as part of the separation of a unit network, o Integrated stormwater management system. Excluded from the framework agreement are: o retention basins with a volume greater than 5,000 m3, o treatment plants with a capacity greater than 2,000 Equivalent Inhabitants, o operations on the incineration furnace of the sludge treatment plant in Saint-Chamond for the Gier lot, o construction or complete rehabilitation of drinking water treatment plants, o security works in drinking water with co-management with the Syndicat des Monts du Lyonnais (Symoly).
